Operating in 15 markets worldwide, Lottoland added 2.5 million new customers over the past year alone.
Lottoland has announced a major milestone, surpassing 20 million customers globally—a significant achievement reflecting a doubling of its customer base since 2019, when it stood at 10 million.
Operating in 15 markets worldwide, Lottoland added 2.5 million new customers over the past year alone. This impressive growth is attributed to the company’s diverse range of lottery products, including international draws and large-scale instant jackpots.
KenoGo Drives Recent Growth
One of the standout contributors to Lottoland’s success is KenoGo, which boasts the world’s largest Keno jackpot. Since its launch, the product has achieved 15% monthly growth, with total winnings surpassing $100 million.
Expansion into Latin America
In August 2024, Lottoland submitted a license application to operate in Brazil’s federally regulated market. The company, which has seen year-on-year growth in Latin America, aims to further solidify its presence in the region pending regulatory approval.
Commitment to Sustainability and Community Support
Lottoland continues to prioritize sustainability, being certified carbon-neutral for the third consecutive year. In 2023, the operator achieved a 25-tonne reduction in carbon emissions.
The company’s Lottoland Cares initiative, launched in South Africa during the COVID-19 pandemic, remains active, supporting community and wildlife projects. Additionally, in Malta, Lottoland has renewed funding for the Wildlife Rescue Team, enabling the construction of a new rehabilitation center for injured animals.
CEO Nigel Birrell on Lottoland’s Journey:
“Back in 2013, Lottoland was the first company in the sector to have established its own insurance model which allowed us to continuously offer something exciting for our customers, with new products and record-breaking jackpots,” said Nigel Birrell, CEO of Lottoland.
This milestone underscores Lottoland’s position as a leader in the global lottery market, driven by innovation, sustainability, and customer-centric initiatives.
