Lottery.com has finalised its £1.2 million stock acquisition of Spektrum from PlusEvo, a strategic move to accelerate its international growth. “This deal strengthens our ability to scale globally while supporting the relaunch of Lottery.com’s ticket sales operations,” said Chairman and CEO Matthew McGahan. “Owning our proprietary technology is a crucial step in our long-term strategy.”
The acquisition follows a series of corporate developments, including the approval of key financial and governance measures at a recent shareholder meeting. Notably, the company rejected a reverse stock split despite shareholder backing.
Lottery.com’s international ambitions are further bolstered by an £14 million investment from Prosperity Investment Management in late 2023, earmarked for acquisitions and market expansion. With Spektrum now in its portfolio, the company is poised for a new era of global lottery innovation.
