Playtech’s VP of Interactive Gaming, Marat Koss, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, stating:
“We are excited to welcome BVGroup to the Playtech Bingo network. This is a strategic move for BVGroup to transition their Bingo product to Playtech’s new Bingo platform.”
Notably, the partnership also incorporates a selection of side games from Playtech’s Eyecon studio, renowned for popular titles like Fluffy Favourites.

This agreement follows Playtech’s recent expansion efforts. In January 2025, the company launched its bingo platform in the Netherlands through a partnership with Nederlandse Loterij, introducing over 20 exclusive in-room games. This move followed a previous deal with Finland’s Veikkaus for live casino content.
Playtech has also implemented structural changes at the leadership level. In January, Chairman Brian Mattingley announced his departure after overseeing a transition period. Additionally, the company merged its Regulatory & Compliance and Sustainability Committees, while appointing Samy Reeb as Chair of the Remuneration Committee.
