The move taps into a long-standing connection between game shows and slot machines, reminiscent of the success seen with Wheel of Fortune slots
BetMGM has secured the rights to feature Family Feud and The Price is Right as themes for online slots, table games, and other casino offerings through an agreement with Fremantle, the production powerhouse behind the hit game shows. Financial terms were not disclosed.
As part of the partnership, BetMGM will integrate exclusive sponsorships and activations tied to both shows during select weeks of their upcoming seasons. “Throughout 2025, BetMGM and Fremantle will reveal additional details on these planned partnership activations,” the company stated.
The move taps into a long-standing connection between game shows and slot machines, reminiscent of the success seen with Wheel of Fortune slots, which have awarded numerous six- and seven-figure jackpots over the years.
With iGaming expanding—currently legal in seven states but under consideration in at least 10 more—BetMGM’s strategy could also attract a new demographic. While the average online casino player is 34 years old and predominantly male, game show audiences skew older (average age 65) and are evenly split between men and women, according to Nielsen.
BetMGM’s online casino now offers over 3,500 games across North American markets, including one of the largest state-by-state exclusive jackpot networks.
