As part of the deal, both parties have agreed to settle their outstanding legal dispute, according to a statement issued by Aviator LLC’s lawyer, Nikoloz Gogilidze. He stated: “As part of the deal both parties have agreed to settle their outstanding legal dispute.”
Commenting further on the deal, Gogilidze said: “Parties agreed on long-term cooperation which involves the integration of Aviator LLC’s or its affiliates games on Flutter’s platforms globally.” However, he was unable to reveal all the details of the settlement as some parts were confidential.
It is worth noting that the settlement only relates to Flutter and Aviator LLC’s case, while the dispute against Spribe is still ongoing in several jurisdictions. Gogilidze confirmed that Aviator LLC is still pursuing its case against Spribe, which relates to the use of the aviator imagery within Spribe’s crash game.
“We will soon be issuing a respective release on a status update of the said legal proceedings,” Gogilidze told iGB.
