Betika is proud to officially announce that they will be sponsoring the prestigious Tulia Marathon. This year, the race will be titled “BETIKA MBEYA TULIA MARATHON 2025” and is scheduled to take place on May 9th and 10th in Mbeya.
The Tulia Marathon is a well-known annual marathon event in Tanzania, organized by the Speaker of the Tanzania National Assembly, Dr. Tulia Ackson, through the Tulia Trust Foundation. The primary goal of the marathon is to enhance health and education infrastructure in the Mbeya region.

Betika team had the privilege of visiting Hon. Albert Chalamila, the Regional Commissioner of Dar es Salaam, with the Times FM Chairman, Mr. Rehure Nyaulawa. They gave him the official marathon jersey and cordially invited him to take part in this historic event.
Hon. Chalamila pledged to fully sponsor 200 Dar es Salaam residents to travel and participate in the marathon, an incredible gesture of support. Betika vows that this year’s marathon will be a historic one. They extend a heartfelt invitation to all Tanzanians nationwide to join them in Mbeya as they stand in support of Dr. Tulia Ackson.
