As part of the agreement, Bragg has secured an equity stake in RapidPlay and entered into an exclusive commercial distribution arrangement.
Bragg Gaming has announced an exclusive partnership and strategic equity acquisition in RapidPlay, an online casino studio led by experienced Brazilian industry professionals. The studio focuses on delivering high-performance, localised content tailored specifically for the Brazilian and broader Latin American market.
As part of the agreement, Bragg has secured an equity stake in RapidPlay and entered into an exclusive commercial distribution arrangement. This enables Bragg to integrate RapidPlay’s game portfolio into its offering and deliver it to its locally licensed operator partners. All games developed under this partnership will leverage Bragg’s proprietary Fuze technology—an advanced engagement platform that includes gamification features and player retention tools.
The deal also includes an option for Bragg to acquire a controlling interest in the studio in the future.
This strategic move comes on the heels of Bragg’s entry into the Brazilian market earlier this year, following the country’s implementation of online gaming regulations. The partnership is designed to further expand Bragg’s local partner network, which already includes collaborations with over a third of Brazil’s licensed operators.
Commenting on the deal, Bragg Gaming Group CCO Neill Whyte said:
“This partnership with RapidPlay is more than just an investment – it’s a strategic move that strengthens our differentiated local content proposition. The studio combines creative excellence with operational efficiency, making it an ideal partner for our expansion efforts in the region.”
RapidPlay CEO and Co-Founder Rafael Roos Bordignon added:
“RapidPlay was founded to create genuinely Brazilian gaming experiences. Joining forces with Bragg gives us the scale and structure to do that with even greater impact. We’re excited to enter this next phase together.”
