An alum of Apple Music’s Up Next and signed to Dream Empire Music, Majeeed is known for hit singles such as ‘Gbese’ featuring Tiwa Savage, ‘Cry (Shayo)’, ‘Smile For Me’, and ‘Will I?’. His EPs include “Bitter Sweet,” released in 2022, and “Cheers To Life,” released in 2023. In June, Dream Empire announced plans for Majeeed to drop two-track single packs each month from June to August, collaborating with the American distribution label EMPIRE, which began its operations in Africa in 2022.
With this new endorsement, Majeeed joins a roster of artists like Davido, Tekno, Asake, and Phyno, all of whom have partnered with betting companies amid the rising popularity of online sports gaming in Nigeria.
